Fun-filled Flint Area Golf

CAPTAIN’S CLUB AT WOODFIELD
A Ray Floyd Signature Course
Located just south of Grand Blanc off I-75 and Exit 106 (going north, Exit 108 coming south), The Captain’s Club at Woodfield features a fabulous mix of open, non-parallel fairways, large undulating greens, water and wetlands designed by Harry Bowers and Hall of Famer Raymond Floyd. The course can play as long as 6,800-yards with a rating/slope of 73.3/133 from the back tees. SUGARBUSH GOLF CLUB
Sugarbush Golf Club located in Davison, just minutes from I-69 and I-75 was recently rated 4-Stars by Golf Digest’s Places to Play and 6th on the list of Michigan Monster courses by Michigan Golf Magazine. This Public Facility opened in 1995. Sugarbush features a tree-lined layout, with contoured fairways and the illusion your are playing up north. If it’s the sheer challenge your after, the 7,326 yard course will test anyone skills. Or you may opt to play the forward tees at 6,178 yards which has its own uniqueness and it’s own character. FENTON FARMS
A short drive west of Grand Blanc to US 23 in Fenton takes you past Fenton Farms Golf Club. Fenton Farms is very forgiving for less-experienced players from the 5,200-yard forward tees, but a stout challenge from the 6,600-yard back tees with a rating/slope of 71.7/125. The clubhouse is in a remodeled old barn, carrying out the theme of country charm for those visiting one of the many great special events at Fenton Farms, from golf outings to weddings and other great family gatherings.
